Logging in to your training course

Get prepared before you start
User name and password
You will have defined a user name and password on registration or been given these details by your training coordinator. Please use this each time you revisit the training. Once logged in you will be asked to complete a short registration which will identify you. If you can't remember your username and password, check with your training coordinator or your iCourses confirmation email. Otherwise contact iCourses directly at info@icourses.com.au.
System requirements
The iCourses learning system is designed to work on any computer that operates one of the following internet browsers:
- Internet Explorer 4.0+
- Netscape Navigator 5.0+
To view some topics and animated feedback you need the latest Adobe Flash Player to be installed. To download, go to the Macromedia web site now. Visit: www.adobe.com/downloads/
To view the video images you will need a video player that supports MPG movies and to hear audio files you will need a player that supports WAV files. Windows Media Player is one tool that you can use.
To view PDF documents, you will need a reader. If you are unable to view PDF files, the Adobe Reader can be downloaded from www.adobe.com/downloads/.
Your browser must also be able to support the display of MS Word documents as there may be some reference documents in Word format. You may need to install add-ins and/or configure your browser to support this. You should check the browser vendors web site for help on this.
